I had a decent stay at the hotel with a great location just a block from the beach and nice, clean rooms. The staff was friendly and very accommodating, which I appreciated. However, the service took a dive when I encountered issues that weren't handled well, and the dining options could definitely use some improvement. Overall, it's good value for money, but there are some areas that need attention.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms had a great layout with a kitchen and ample space, but unfortunately, there was a strong horrible smell that really put a damper on things. On a brighter note, I appreciated the friendly service, especially since they made a lovely surprise for my toddler's birthday. The location was fantastic, just a block from the beach which is definitely a plus, but the service from one of the staff members was a big letdown, making my overall experience less than ideal.
